World largest Aluminum Die-Casting machine

In 2017 Idra redesigned Die-Casting machines for electric car industry called NEO series, General manager says the birth of these Neo series is due to the push of electric cars and he calls this mega application as visioners at the time~

He says at the time the existing 4000 ton machine can Die-Cast most of the parts but sooner or later they will need bigger machines. By using bigger machine they can make larger parts which saves Enormously ! less quality check, less conveyor, less floor space, less storage, less assembly etc...

And one 6000 ton machine is cheaper than two 4000 ton machines~ More incredible is 6000ton machine cycle time is shorter than 4000ton machine!
